I have the above pen, no idea on the provenance on it, other than it is an Pilot.

It takes ink, obviously, but doesn't take a standard cartridge, i.e. it has no method of piercing a cartridge.

It measures 105mm in length, nib to base.

Any ideas?

disappointingly it was made in September 1980 so not quite as old as I would hope, but doesn't help on the old ink side of things!

I want to use it! (then sell it)

You should sell it to that odd chap who was looking to buy a pen for a lady he worked with, you might get £40 for it.

Or the $200 or so it's actually worth.

Ah, the joys of the lack of emotion on the written word.
