Evening people,

I have two Siamese whom are generally very laid back, and by this time of night pretty much asleep.

Now, I'm sitting watching telly (apart from typing this) and they are acting really odd. Snoop (the male) keeps running from the kitchen through to the living room and hiding behind the table. Stella (the female) has just started doing the same. Snoop has been like this for about 2 hours, and it's all a bit weird. I've checked through in the dining room to make sure nothing has changed, and even shut the curtains on the patio door, but he still keeps hiding behind the table and looking through to the dining room (like there is something there).

I know cats are supposed to see stuff we humans can't, but other than call some ghostbuster out, what else can I do?

I'm not scared or anything, honestly boxedin

My ex Mother In Law was called Stella.

However, her husband was called Gerald and not Snoop.

So, the coincidence ends there, I'm afraid.

I'm very sorry to hear that your ex-mother's husband was not called snoop, it's a great name!

Probably just some unstoppable ghost that will at sometime tonight either smash your back doors in or email you in true PH fashion.

It's certainly a better name than Gerald.

However, Gerald was a research scientist, a leading authority on Serotonin. Snoop only lounges around all day or runs excitedly from room to room.

Swings and roundabouts, I suppose.

Relax.

It's nice warm, dry weather. Your cats are just having a mad half hour. Chances are that the proberly want to go outside and hunt.
They don't get out, they are house cats. Some thieving bd would probably try and steal them if they were let out around here. Not a mad half hour either, Snoop really is freaked about something, Stella is looking more and more scared frown

I've tried giving them a cuddle, and settle them, but as soon as I make a noise of any sorts they jump out of their skins!

Don't worry.

Psychotic killers only eat human flesh. Your cats will be fine.

One of your cats has spazzed out, and the other one is just copying it.

Definitely no hockey-mask-man out the back, and there is nothing new about the house or garden. Might just leave the hall door open so they can sleep upstairs if they like. Not so keen on letting them in my bed mind you.

I'll take my baseball bat to bed, just in case smile
