To Be Topless....

Or Not To Be.... That is the question...
Why, oh why, do people buy convertibles, and then not use them as appropriate? OK, we can kinda (ulmost understand and almost forgive) the TVR Le Mans Mullet Brigade, (Chimeara Pilots You Are SOOOO Guilty!) but the precession of MGs, MX5s, BMWs, etc is beyond belief.
GET IT OFF!

It's called choice. If they wanted to lower it, they probably would have.

I know it's a bit different being over here (Aus) but in proper summer you basically can't have the roof down. You'd simply burn to a crisp, even worse that while travelling along you wouldn't notice the burn until it's too late.
When I had my MX5 I hadn't tested the aircon when I bought it, just assumed it worked. It didn't and had been disconnected as it had a custom ECU.
Black interior, black leather, aluminium gearknob, black hood, 40C+ days = not happy jan.
And then you'd get the very hot rainy days where you'd have to have the heater on to demist the thing...

Stop showing off, and welcome to My World on the last bit. Add Snow and icey roads to the mix When I had my MX5 I hadn't tested the aircon when I bought it, just assumed it worked. It didn't and had been disconnected as it had a custom ECU.
