I keep seeing people who type like this, for instance in the Facebook fails thread, loads of X-Box gamer tags, in various PH forums and so on.

What the hell is going on? Were did it come from? What does it mean?

Whay are people on the interent so retarded? It's definately the the bottom of a very deep hole full of lame internet fads.

My typing and spelling aren't perfect but I at least try.

Because it takes up more time in their meaningless, dull existance before they finally snuff it by walking out in front of a bus, counting their dole money?

Just a theory.

What gets me is how people think its easier to type like that, especially when often the 'chavspk' word has the same number of letters.

Maybe they just bang on their keyboards.

It is the condition known as only got an A for GCSE English. Those with A* are able to spell, at least to a degree.

But one thing I will say is that it seems to be slowly creeping in on here as well.

I didn't even scrape C's in English, but I think most of my posts on here are just about readable, innit.

I only got C's in English (and it shows) but it seems to take more effort and thought to write in this retarded manner with the capital letters and numbers than to just type normally.

I'll own up to having it in my xbox gamertag. It was purely because everyone else in the clan had it so we looked professional wink That makes me sound even more of a geek frown
