Employment issue - legal advice sought

I wont go into details on the forum, but my father is looking for some legal advice with regards to possible unfair dismissal.

I was wondering if there's anyone on PH that could impart some words of wisdom as the old man seems to be getting nowhere with it and is showing signs of giving up the fight!
