Any fluent French speakers?

First off, it's not a whale messaging me from Plenty-of-Quim.com or some such.

I've got the following text which, along with my (rather poor) French language abilities and knowledge of the origin, I half understand. Translation sites have brokenly translated for me, so I'm guessing dialect or something may be playing a part. I know the jist of it, but could anybody who speaks fluent French please let me know how to say it in English?
