Photoshop help, please

This is the original. I would like the icons and the square in the middle copied and pasted into the other picture.



This is the one I would like them pasted into, making it look like the original.




If I could, I would do it myself, but unfortunately I'm a real dumbass when it comes to this stuff... too.
