Should one feel guilt?

Greeting fellow comrades.
This be my only piece on this fine wizardry conversation machine to this date.

Myself, Beowulf, and young child, spent time as one today bonding as a family should do. Together we chose a fine healthy sport to tackle, I look for no comfort in the bossom of fire so woe any of thine enemys who dare to duel as warriors - for I am Beowulf, slasher.....

I digress.

As one, we shackled cold steel swordlike shoes to thine feet and dared to venture on a frozen lake (in Milton Keynes, icerink) with unbenoth sounds of heathen singers and sounds and pulsing lights of colour.
Offspring and I begrudgingly took this all to our bossom and we, after some time, did continue.

A fair maiden who fought with thine legs and gripped desperate to edge of frozen lake asked "How do you stay up?" I sneered at such question, but, as an honour of my family I answered swiftly and distinct "One must balance on leg and leave sanctitude of side madam. Believe in your ability"

I swiftly left area.

Shortly afterwards said fair maiden had fallen and broke her wrist.

Am I of fault, should I thrash mysen as penance?
