I had a really heavy session on the ale last night and fancied (in my drunken state) a nice Chinese Takeaway. I tend to eat half and save the rest for breakfast, nothing better than a cold Chinese meal to cure a hangover!

Anyway, I 'think' I asked a taxi driver to take me to the nearest appropriate establishment (as I was not in my home town).. the rest of the evening though is a total blank.

I awoke this morning, covered in sick, in a grotty little B&B.. but alas.. no Chinese Takeaway and only the receipt (£7.25 - Spicy Beansprouts) to prove my drunken escapade.

Anyone else admit to losing anything whilst drunk?

06/07 Due to unexpected duration of this thread (and to anyone that may have missed the original 'joke'), I would like to state that there is no truth in any of the information above.

I once lost an entire weekend.
I also misplaced the house once- alas the hinny beacon was broken due to sambuca intake so I ended up sleepingvin a field at the bottom of the garden, to be woken by a cow having a piss next to me.
Happy days

laugh What you did there I see.

I've lost the contents of my stomach more times than I care to remember, along with my dignity and self-respect.

£7.25 for a portion of beansprouts?

They'd have to be pretty special beansprouts.

Virginity.

To a woman who I would have obviously never had anything to do with had I not been absolutely slaughtered when I met her ....

For some reason, when I'm drunk I take more care of my possessions than when I am sober. I can wake up after a mega session and my wallet, 'phone and keys will be where they should be. My clothes will also be neatly hung up in the wardrobe. I think when I go to bed hammered, I know that the morning is going to be rough enough without worrying where all my stuff is!

They'd still have to be pretty fking magic for £7.25.

ETA: I can get House Special Curry, with chips, for £4.50 from my local Chinese.
