I'd be worried about who's paying the mortgage on the house you was renting.
Who is responsible for mortgage payments and the like while your in the slammer? Does the gubbermint deal with your accounts on your behalf? Do the companies 'freeze' the payments until your released? Or is it just upto your family to take over your accounts and keep everything running smoothly?.

I'd be concerned about "revenge-attacks" on the property too, definately move out.
A chap we bought a dog from had the same name as a paedophile in Yorkshire (and sadly lived in the same county) and the local witch-hunters were trying to kill him
This was despite the fact the paedophile was already arrested.

Agreed, I wouldn't be too worried about personal safety if you just live in a house he owns but I wouldn't want to be giving money to a kiddy fiddler.Just about anything else and i would have been "meh" aboutm but kiddy fiddling makes me feel sick!
As has been suggested, get out....I wouldnt want to be helping the horrible prick pay his mortgage....also you are at risk of the obvious revenge attacks.
My advice would be to leave ASAP. And also leave a tonne of raw, soon-to-be-rotting meat in every room, leave all the doors and windows open, put in every sink plug, turn on every tap, leave on every electrical appliance, and hope the bds hell-hole becomes a crawling soggy wet mess of bugs, insects, maggots, and general filhty st.
