Any Bulgarian Speaking Members, Picture Help.

Having just spent a week in Zdravets near Varna in Bulgaria, I noticed most house gates and the two bus stops (where this picture was taken) are littered with these posters. Can anyone decypher what it says and perhaps shed some light onto them.

I am taking a wild guess it is something to do with the person's death, this chap looks very similar to Jimmy Carr.
