Any Manx dwellers on here?

Dont get me wrong, I'm not offended (or Manx). It's just that I learned on my first ever visit to the island hat England/scotland/wales is "the bigger island", and in no terms whatsoever the "mainland". On pain of death / disgruntled looks / a pint that is mainly head, and change in shrapnel =)
I need to go back over there really, I love the place.

Same with us IOW types. It's the north island.I need to go back over there really, I love the place.
It was the small stuff as much as the long overdue facelift for Douglas, is the Alpine style cafe still there, did that Indian restaurant by the harbour start serving good food again like they did when they first opened (IMO)..the sort of 'detail' you're only interested in if you've spent time on the small island and sought anything of even a passing interest to absorb the time when not working/enjoying the roads/on the hills or beach.
Just a bit more detail..I have about 100 boxes of 12 packs of cosmetic cream that's sat on the spring valley ind estate where a company used to pack and post orders for me. It's no longer economic to do it so I need to move it from the ind unit so they no longer charge me storage, ideally chuck them in the back of someone's barn until I next come across in my car and can bring them all back to the UK. In return I'll pay some cash
