It's meant to be great weather, the F1 would be my first choice, but I've not got tickets and they are stupidly expensive.

Based near Oxford. Any airshows, cheap racing going on?

Do what me and my mates are doing, taking a football, rugby ball and cricket set down to the park and having a kick / knock around. All the girls are away on a hen do so we are having a lads day!

This will no doubt end up with us sunburnt in the local talking about cars, sport, women etc etc.

Cant wait!

Beer and Cider festival in Hereford all weekend! It's very well organised, last year we managed to clear out all of the booze by the Saturday so Sunday had to be cancelled.

ETA - nowhere near Oxford granted!

It is quite dear, granted, but you get to see the whole museum, which would easily take a whole day, and a superb airshow, google for flying legends trailer- can't paste a link as my sodding phone is playing up

Cardiff food and drink festival is on!

I'll be there and it's in the bay so I'll be drinking cider overlooking the seaside!

About 1 1/2 hours away for you?

I'm moving in to my new office over the weekend.

You can come and give me a hand.

It's free, and utterly rewarding.

OK, OK, it was worth a try.

Do you like techno music? If so, Cocoon in the Park in Leeds on Saturday. 11am - 11pm.

If not, sit out in the garden.

It'd be a good excuse to use my DSLR, that gets no where as much use as it should.

A nice bit of plane porn!!!

You can make a BBQ last all day?!

We'll be doing one in the evening.

That's not an invitation
