Hope you feel a bit better for venting.

Bit of a blast from the past, just a quick update re: my Dad's accident (over 2 yrs ago now! don't know if you'll remember)) He had to have surgery on his shoulder a few weeks ago, they are trying to argue he would've needed it anyway, even though no shoulder issues before the accident, the fight goes on!

Still there in a manner of speaking, off sick at present, initially his injuries improved but never completely then after a flare up several months post accident his shoulder got more and more painful, they have not been great to him over it though I believe liability was admitted by them.

I doubt he will ever be able to go back to the job or anything similar, it really has screwed things up big time for him. Thanks for the offer, I will see if they need it, Dad needs all the help he can get, problem is trying to argue that he would not have needed surgery anyway!! I better stop ranting now the more I get into this the more angry/ upset/ frustrated I get.
