Can't hurt to ask the rspca, none of them are actually feral unless they fend for themselves and fear human contact. The new one may have a home nearby, are they approachable? If the new stray is and you can catch it a vets can scan it to see if chipped, a good vet may take it in if it's decided that its a genuine stray and they'll get a rescue centre to collect it.
