London - Southend Disabled children run

Just seen this prob about 50 cabs police escort etc baloons horns etc, as much as i hate black cab drivers got me thinking how good it is for them to give up there day to do this.

Questions though i presume its a big organised event rather than turn up pick up drive them there etc do they have fixtures the other end to keep them entertained ?
