Anyone know anybody high up at Fasthosts?

[Altrezia]

I'm having some serious issues with fasthosts at the moment to the tune of £1000+ owed to me, and I'd love to chat to someone who can actually do something about it, rather than their inept support staff.

Any info would be greatly received.
