Girlie uses them for her Diet & Nutrition course, from what she says is very good. You obviously study at your own pace, doing your assignment at the end of your chapter, send it off and wait for marks/comments.
She can't move onto the next topic/chapter without passing the previous one. Helps as it means you know your stuff and don't have to then go back re-do a chapter and then re-do your current one
