Tidying up the old chap

Off on Holiday on Friday so thought I would give "the old boy" a bit of a tidy up. Now I may not be a professional downstairs gardener but I have a bit of experience and have not experienced any previous issues. Not sure what went wrong today but its looks like I have gone at it with a blunt axe, blood everywhere and rather sore. Just about to head in to London on the train as well so probably wont be very comfortable.
Anyone have any tips for how to achieve the ultimate sack shave without mutilating ones testicles?

GOD NO! That's awful.. duct tape would be better..

Just shave carefully me ol' shiner, it always hit and miss - it makes the whole experience more involving with an element of risk..!

ETA - Trimming the old chap is for Homo's

so Pistonheads would have you believe.
