Good job it was not a hoax, that journalist might still be wasting their time now. But how selfishly indulgent was their search for the writer, who put their innermost feelings in a bottle at sea to cleanse their soul and seek some closure. Then seven years later some plonker turns up 'Here's your bottle missus'
