Cheltenham: Anthony "Bob" Bliss ,hairdresser.

Bit of a long shot... ! Did a google search and this salon came up. Phone is dead, no idea if they are still trading etc ?
He must be late 60's now and maybe still wears a Eye patch /

If anyone knows Cheltenham well and if this salon is still going?

last i heard of him was 30 years ago !!

Can take a wander one day during my lunch if he would be local

He USE to be along the end of the Promenade coming down from Montpelier . Down in the basement just near the corner before what use to be the cinema with a fountain outside
