So reading an article the other day on these European arrest warrants and about extradition.

So where are all the criminals going now then to avoid the law??? Are they still all down in Southern Spain - or are they going somewhere else? Where will the new Costa Crime be? Do the police not extradite these guys these days?

The UK as its a civil matter now.

Crims only have to obey the speed limit to avoid jail.

They will all stick with Spain and just take the risk.

Spains a central hub for all the cocaine etc coming into Europe, so makes sense for the "gangsters" to have their bases there.

I'll put money on Dubai being the next place for all these crims to spend their ill gotten gains.
They'll see they can live like kings over there and not stand out as much as they would anywhere else by splashing the cash.

If it weren't for dirty money, Dubai would be a sandpit.
