Me too, I've just been having a browse here:

I have a black belt in losing keys - Not too great when you are regularly given other people's keys for access to their houses.
Having trained as a Carpenter, I know how most types of lock work and I am pretty good at getting through the greater number of domestic locks without obvious damage.Special 'tools' are required for deadlocks.
With cars though, I believe that the AA (used to?) have a special book/database that indicated the weak point on nearly every car, so that their patrols could assist in cases when keys were locked in a car?

There are various shops on the internet selling lock picking kits and sets of locks to try and pick. It doesn't seem that there's anything illegal about it, so long as your picking your own locks of course.Jasandjules said:

Something I picked up from another thread, does anyone on here actually do this as a hobby / passtime? Oddly enough I can see the attraction, sort of, it also taeches you a useful skill.
