The General Purpose Ailment Moan Thread

This is a venue for those of us with fairly run-of-the-mill stuff - which wouldn't usually command its own thread - to have a bit of a moan.

I'll get the ball rolling with: indigestion / heartburn / sore belly / whatever it is. A fairly severe one this evening/morning where the pain radiates to the back and completely precludes getting comfortable in any position, least of all one that you might sleep in.

Whereas I was looking forward to a nice and relaxing night's kip, I have instead received a complimentary upgrade to no sleep at all with free crippling bellyache thrown in. Who needs shut-eye anyway when you could be spasming while watching a blustery, overcast, utterly uninspiring dawn and awaiting your Gaviscon-cocodamol-buscopan cocktail to take effect.

Bad lower back upgraded to added on shoulder pain has relieved me of a lot of sleep over the past few weeks and especially now.
