Whats your 1 rep max?
Discussion
I'm currently working on improving my bench - today is my attempt to do 95kg for the first time, then three weeks away from now I'm trying 100kg.
I weigh 76kg, and up until today my 1RM was 90kg (full rep, touching the chest).
Squat and Deadlift are both 150kg, because that's all the weight I have, and I can't afford to get more at the moment.
ETA: When I lifted in a gym, my leg press was 420kg for 3 reps. Loved quoting that at people, though it's hardly reflected in other lifts or real world strength.

I think (as a smaller bodied but plainly powerfully built PHer) that the question is better addressed by way of reference to your bodyweight.
For example, I could bench about 120% of my bodyweight - many moons ago when I trained (but it didn't half hurt my shoulders).
Thats pretty much where i am aswell. and why i put in my weight in my 1st post. For example, I could bench about 120% of my bodyweight - many moons ago when I trained (but it didn't half hurt my shoulders).
lets think of it as bhp/tonne

Yes, ok. It may be a bit of a useless question but im curious to see who here is powerfu....
I could lay you out in one uppercut?
37yo only 74Kg but can 1RM 110Kg (incl bar) bench press and leg press 190Kg. It's all I've ever benchmarked on. Benchmarking isn't safe and given I tend to be the PT, than the other way around, I don't do it often.
Did set a new pb for 12 rep lat pulldowns and DB bench press. Another topic to follow on that later...
Never 1RM unless you have a spotter and you should have 5 mins rest before attempts for motor-unit reset for the most accurate results.
edit: oops.
