I'm An Emotional Wreck
Discussion
Lord only knows what's up with me at the moment, all started a couple of weeks ago, we were in Germany to see the daughters team win at the European cheer & dance championships, I've never been an emotional person really, but atthe awards ceromeny I broke down, and cried for an hour or so. I put it down to being really happy for my daughters squad as they have trained years for this moment.
However, since that weekend, whenever anything remotely happy/sad happens I really struggle to fight back the tears, I'm hoping I'm not on the verge of some sort of mental eppisode.

OP...sorry I meant no disrespect....However
If its depression see your doctor
If your unhappy with your wife....ditch and find a new one
If your unhappy with your life....ditch and find a new one
If your being an unhappy middle aged man...buy a sports car...shag the Au pair..tuck into recreational drugs...shag the Au pair again
If you are so proud of your children that you are welling up, at the thought...enjoy the moment, its why you are paying a kings ransom in child minder fees....then man the f
k up!!!

Can deal with it one of two ways:
1) the girly route (BUT MOST SENSIBLE) - talk to someone (not via a pc, an actual human being) such as DR, wife, counsellor, helpline, a friend you trust (female best bet) and deal with the route cause of why you keep blubbering like a fat girl on the scales the day before her prom.
OR
2) The man route (usually ends in disaster) - ignore the route cause, and treat with healthy doses of: infidellity/drugs/recrational drugs/alcohol abuse/car buying and swapping before ultimately buying a 2wheeled crotch rocket and diving it head first under Eddie stobarts finest at 1.5leptons on a rainy day.
Even at 22, I tried both. Surprisingly, it was the 1st that worked and results in me being a balanced and happy 24year old. Yes there's odd days where Im a bit "moody" but on the whole tee total, gentle exercise, and only driving fast when appropriate works well.
