Do these work?

Has anybody used them?

Can you recommend any?

I've heard grenade is good, never used it myself but curious to hear from anyone who has...
I'm not fat but I could be more toned and that from what I'm led to believe will help me.

Have a look on thesupplementstore.co.uk and search for Grenade, I'm at work now and the site is blocked so can't give you a direct link.

Yohimnbine is highly recommended.

Although, honestly have you looked at your diet first? I don't want to be the tedious voice of reason but fat pills don't do anything when combined to a less than optimal diet.

I reviewed some in my thread if you're interested of what I tried.

I've bought plenty of stuff from this website, highly recommended.

I'm sorry, but that reads like one of those eBay 'power resistor' or 'electric supercharger' adverts.

Are these things just snake oil in their claims?

It does have some good ingredients in it although someone needs to work out if it has enough of the active ingredients in it for it to work.

The packaging and mixture of things in it that probably don't do much are why it's so very expensive.

My suggestion was less than half the price and I'd hazard far more effective.

To be honest with you, my diet is very good. I don't eat later than 7pm. Don't eat many carbs or fats.

I've just started training for this coming football season to get back in shape and I also road cycle in the week and starting to train for a tri-athlon.

The diet pills, I'm just interested in are for helping and speeding up the process or burning some excess fat. Just to reach my goal a little earlier.

Cheers, but I wouldn't personally recommend them for fear of killing you.

Maybe I'm being thick but isn't it the opposite. It's been lost but it wasn't done by him nor was it good work.

I still had to curb the food intake and exercise like a demon.

Sure, they helped, but nobody sheds 6 stone by taking a couple of small purple pills each day.

Ah! In that case, like a man with orthopaedic shoes, I stand corrected.

I think they speed up heart rate and body temp and therefore metabolism, and to counteract this they need to thin the blood. They also boost thyroid production if I understand them correctly.

I used to shake like a stting dog, but looking back I'm glad I did it.

I think the cost of them made me think twice before ruining my hard work with fatty food.

Thats why I'm not overly convinced about them. I haven't used them before and I wouldn't know what ones to use. I have only about a stone to lose but just like everyone else, just wanted a little easier way of doing it.

Just been reading about the cyx3, they seem a strong tablet. Did you do a three week cycle taking them? Also you said they were a bit pricey if you don't mind me asking how much were they for a cycle of 3 weeks or so?

Yes, they are pretty strong. If I remember rightly, I took them over a 3 week period, you cycle them up and then cycle back down again i.e. starting with 1 on day 1 and I think I was up to 4 or 5 at peak and then back down again. I did a lot of research and I believe this was so that your thyroid didn't go into shock.

During the 3 weeks off, I used ECA 30+ before training early afternoon and in the morning.

I can't remember the price of them, wasn't overly pricey but it was more a fact that I really didn't want to see it as money wasted.

Perhaps £50 for the 3 week supply but I'm guessing - it was around 18 months ago now when I came off them I think.

In all fairness, if you have 3 weeks to lose it then get on the ECA and do plenty of cardio combined with body weight exercises. If you eat properly, it should drop off.
