Blurry/oily eyes! eugh!

Evening all,
Sometimes my eyes go blurry, its like there is oil in them - with some effort I can wipe/blink it away, so it's on the surface rather than inside the eyes.
When it goes blurry it's like when a rain drop get in there on a rainy day!
Has anyone had this? Would I need to bother my Dr or Optician?

Its blepharitis. Treat by bathing your eyelids with cooled boiled water mixed with baby shampoo. No point seeing GP or optometrist.
