I know its a bit silly to ask. All cigarettes are bad for you but I want to know which are best.

American Spirit cigarettes are meant to be very good as they dont have many additives and are nearly 100% natural tobacco but I dont think you can get them in the UK.

Basically which ones have the least crap in them.

Rolling baccy is a far better grade of tobacco than luxury fags.

Now, I am a smoker but even I realize your question is like asking 'Which express train would do least damage if it hit you at a level crossing?'

You can get American Spirit rolling tobacco over here. Normally found in Tobaconists rather than supermarkets though.

It's not bad, quite dry which I don't normally like, but the taste makes up for it. It's especially nice if you smoke it while drinking.

The price puts me off though, roughly £6 for 12.5g. (IIRC)

Because it looks cool, and I do my best pulling outside clubs in smoking areas.

I will happily accept the consequences for the amount of pulling ive been doing this year.

If you injected the nicotine in one cigarette directly into your bloodstream, it would instantly kill you.

Another useless Fun Bus fact.

I thought it was a drop of nicotine onto your skin, but I suppose that would do it as well.

You could ask the same question of anyone who chooses to take on the risk of riding a motorcycle. Personal choice.

I couldn't care which it is as long as the chemically dependent mugs keep paying loads of entirely voluntary tax to supplement me trying to pay as little involuntary tax as possible! biggrin

Pretty sure fact is a bit of a stretch of the truth. 0.5mg - 1mg/kg is what is quote as killing you.
