Calories in chicken breast?
Discussion
As chicken has almost FA fat and not much carb, most of the calories from chicken comes from the protein. The protein content is typically around 1/4 of the weight. So as protein = 4 kcals per gram, work it out.
Chicken and Turkey have an almost identicle biological value (around 80-90, maximum BV is 100) and micro nutrient content btw. High quality protein with little extras in it, so scoff them both and often. One is not really any better than any other.
