A friend of mine has set up a new website called fitipedia. The idea behind it is a single website where every aspect of fitness is covered so you can see videos of proper form for loads of exercises (even with yours truely doing a few demos) as well as uploading your own, info on diet, workout routines etc. You can upload any of your own articles that will be checked to make sure they have decent theoretical underpinnings before it will display, which should keep out the BS you read all over the internet.

It's IMO a very good idea, but the website is still in it's early stages so needs new members to get signed up, post stuff and get involved. If you sign up to it and something isn't clear, or you don't undertstand something just tell me and I will feedback to the site owner, as it does still need a bit of work making it smooth and dynamic to use I think.

Thanks smile In training I do more reps than that weighted so it's easy to make it look nice and controlled doing them BW.

Get yourselfs signed up and contributing!

Any feedback btw?

Maybe put the options along the top where the search bar is and make them tabs?

It has a good name smile
