This can't be normal can it. Its now 3 days after my night out and I still feel like throwing up at the sight of food. I generally feel like crap.

I did drink alot to be fair. 10cans of larger and countless jager bombs. But ive drunk this amount before and felt fine after a good nights sleep.

Any idea's on what I can do to make myself feel tip top?

Punch yourself in the testicles repeatedly. It's the only thing that works every time. Start now.

Walk in to your nearest bar and order yourself a pint of lager.

+1 actually.

Was left feeling a bit sorry myself on Sunday morning, ended up getting to a pub about 5 and it sorted me out.

I feel that this is the sensible option. Just want to see if there was any other way, other than smashing a pint or two.

Only time Ive ever felt that bad is when I had my drink spiked in a gay bar...(dont ask)

turns out i was escorted home after only 6 pints as i was slurring, couldnt speak, couldnt walk, kept randomly crying then getting really agressive, threw up for 4 hours straight, im sure i must have been creating stomach fluid from somwhere, couldnt drink for about a month without it making me feel really ill.

lost about a stone tho!

"Drink" euphemism for "poop-hole"

It's a sign of getting old.

It's also a warning that your liver can no longer cope with that level of abuse in such a short space of time.

It may also be that one of your drinks full of chemicals (like Kronenburg, used to get stty hangovers drinking this, I was told it was because of the chemicals added)

Hope you're feeling better soon though.

OP - If this is a one off experience then it could be one (or several) of a whole host of things, some of which have been mentioned above, but others haven't. Could be tiredness, illness/under the weather, migraine induced by alcohol, other dodgy reaction to chemicals (Stella always used to hurt me and something like Caffreys used to be notoriously bad), had it been pints it could have been dirty or over clean pipes & so on.

The one that nobody has mentioned yet is Red Bull (presume from the Jagerbomb - don't think I've ever had one TBH, so relying on Wiki to tell me what's in it).
I can go out, have a skinful and be absolutely dead the next day & the main thing causing it - the Red Bull from the various VRBs chucked down the throat when I've got bored of fizzy beer. The impact of any alcohol consumed can be long gone but the RB will still be haunting me.
For at least the rest of that day I will be on the verge of chucking chunks but will never, ever actually puke, which TBH is far worse. Then there's the impact of the sugar overload (going out and drinking 8 or more pints of full fat Coke can give you a decent hangover the next day as well).

TBH, if there's any repetition, I'd say the best thing you can do is switch to a different short/chaser mix, maybe pick up some milk thistle (and possibly some anti nausea pills from somewhere) and, of course, peruse the Dirty Takeaway thread for some appropriate sludge to mop up some of the fizzy cack & beer.

Or, just MTFU (apparently smilerolleyes).

Managed a pretty brutal hangover last year, did various bottles of beer, 0.5L of rum and some absynthe. Wasn't really standing. Was pretty damn ruined for 3 days despite my best efforts to eat and sleep it off.

Does anyone know what is actually happening when you are on a bender like this? I read up on it once and it was frightening. Ie that fuzzy feeling in the head indicates long term brain damage, sweats mean your kidneys have packed up, blotchy skin means dead in 5 years from cirrosis of the liver.
