Stage 3 ovarian cancer.
Discussion
It's not great. Stage 3 means that it's started to spread within the abdomen and lymph system. Unfortunately there is a relatively low survival rate (20% in 5 years) and quite a high recurrence rate.
It depends on exactly how long it's gone undetected and where it has spread, but it isn't necessarily terminal.

Well, she went in for a hysterectomy, from what I can gather, they found some cysts, removed them and the rest of her gearbox, and a biopsy returned the cancer verdict. She now has to wait a few more days until she can get in to see an oncologist for more checks. Things move very slowly over here in the orient.
