is this possible?

i seem to be "storing" for the winter! lol

could just be that i've had a hard time at work, been tricky to train, and a little comfort eating...

harsh, but fair!

work genuinely has been tough, normally train 4/5 days every week at least, but long shifts (and short notice changes) have buggered my schedule

been sneaking in sessions of dips in the office chair just to do domething!

Sadly, you can't negotiate with your body to go easy on storing the food because you haven't got time to train. Eat less is the easiest option... but I know how it is... work is probably boring so you snack more. nuts

no offence taken!

hopefully when i return, we should have some sense of normallity back, and i can return to my usual "get up early to do stuff" routine as i don't normally start work until 11. easy to get stuff done that way!
