Just found a really cool website for anyone partial to choccy and biscuits at their computer desks. A healthy alternative to be found here and delivered to your desk. Seems like a really good way of satisfying an appetite and staying healthy whilst sitting on your arse. smile

Um. You'd lose more weight if you walked to the local Tesco/Holland and Barrett and bought it yourself. You'll probably save money, too!

Either that, or stop grazing at your desk throughout the day and just eat at mealtimes...

Grazing isn't a problem providing you end up eating less at mealtimes. smile

I saw some cows grazing in a field (obviously it has to be a field really and not a bus, or cafe).

A couple were what I'd call fat but I'm not a very good jugde on cow sizes. They may have been pregnant. I don't know.

I don't know why I even brought this up. frown

They're really good. The only downside being that the portion sizes aren't that big so you end up eating two packets. At the end of the day it's all about not snacking. Alot easier said than done!

I used to love Graze, but I don't think it was really that healthy at all like they said.

Then don't eat the stuff from the Graze box in the office. It's not yours. You don't work there! hehe
