High ESP results....and then?

Hi ...I meant ESR....sorry
Following on from a possibly unrelated case (somehow I got knocked unconcious)I had various blood tests undertaken by my Doc...the result being I had a high ESR reading of 106, this was then repeated the following week which resulted in a result of 88.
Fast forward 3 weeks later and yet another test ( after eating loads of good, healthy stuff...5 veg a day etc.) which came back as a 98 reading - so nothing to do with nutrition.
I then had an alpha FP test to check to see whether I had a tumour ( which neither Doc or me thought was likely)...however, being told you're being tested for a tumour isn't that nice. The blood test ( for this eventuality) was last Thursday and I was to ring today for the results...which I did.
I get the reply that it was normal and no further action required.
Rather unsurprisingly I question what is supposed to happen next...and it appears nothing.
Should I be more concerned ?
eta Doc rang me this morning to clarify things - I need to wait till I receive the specialist's appointment.
