Ever since I've upped my gym routine to include more cardio and that I play rugby 3 days a week I've noticed my energy levels are high...very high! Not that I'm complaining as I'd rather constantly feel like running everywhere than sleeping! Has anyone else got/had this and have you eventually crashed?

It's a positive side effect! I pace up and down if I'm not doing anything and supposed to stand and wait. If sitting watching TV, I'll start doing leg raises or planks - but not through conscious decision. It's just as well I'm not a prolific masturbater or I'll end up in prison. biggrin

I read somewhere that when you start to perform well (in your opinion) at a sport or physical activity, you tend to want to do it more. If there's a bar that can support my weight, I'll start hanging off it or doing pull ups. You probably make back-passing movements with invisible rugby balls... and if someone asks you to give them an orange, you'll probably throw it to them like a rugby ball. biggrin
