Being ill. Thoughts….
Discussion
I read that you can’t improve your immune system's performance (iirc there was some Havard report saying so) so why bother taking it easy if you can’t affect what the germs will do?
Does it matter if I go to the pub and have a few pints or go to the gym for the same reason?
Or take multivitamins, vitamin C, etc.
Why does my/any body produce so much mucus? What’s the point apart from keeping Kleenex staff in jobs?
Why does it sometimes take ages for a cold/illness to go? Shouldn’t my immune system just kill it and that’s that?
Too much time on my hands? I don’t know what you mean….

You take it easy because whatever you do will make you feel worse!
Unless you're not eating balanced meals there is nothing whatsoever you can do to shorten the length,or decrease the likelihood of catching a virus by taking
supplements.Once the virus has started attacking your cells you might as well let it take it's course.
Unless it's Man-flu,which we all know requires urgent medical attention and possibly hospitalisation.
