..and oh my god, the difference is absolutely unbeleivable. I can see things I didnt even know existed!

Its like everything is now in HD, it is the best thing I have ever done.

If you havent been for your eyes testing for a while, I strongly suggest you do!

No reading ones, I can read stuff fine close up. They arent strong (+0.25 or something I think) but what a difference they make.

I just kept putting it off, and because I got used to the blurry world I just accepted it as how it was meant to be, but last week I was messing about put my mates glasses on and was shocked at the difference they made

I do hate mine sometimes, but I'd be stuffed without them!

I tried contacts for a few months, but after all the hassle and extra expense Ill just go on with glasses, maybe one day Ill go for the surgery.

I wear contacts rather than glasses, but one thing I love is being able to not wear them. That sounds odd, I know, but on an evening or weekend (obviously not when driving) it is nice just to have a bit of a softer world rather than crisp hi-contrast HD. Mine isn't a very strong prescription, and I guess that anyone with more correction would be at risk of walking into stuff biggrin

Same story here,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I got my first pair 18 months ago.
I didn't realise the difference.
Only for reading, I can a fly at 100 meters ! (just a little exaggeration)
I thought my reading eyes were OK.
I got to "Specsavers" an got reading glasses.
1.25 on one side, and 0.65 or 0.75 I think on the other side.
Can't remember.
Wow,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Now I can count the pixels !!

I don't wear them all the time, but after a few hours infront of the computer doing ACad, then I would get tired eyes.
Now, all fine again.

Vette.

Dittooooo!

Got mine last week. +0.25 and +0.5

Not a huge diffirence but things are much clearer / defined. Also seems to be stopping my eyes form getting sore whilst on the computer. ALthough, i dont know if thats a good thing or not!

If you need varifocals it helps to buy the best you can afford. I finally bit the bullet and spent £400 on some lenses after five years of cheaper ones. Amazing difference. More stuff in focus and much lighter and thinner and more comfortable to wear.
