Broken toe or summin?
Discussion
About two weeks ago I changed my front brake discs. Wheel was stuck to the hub fairly tightly so I was giving the wheel a good kick at the top of the tyre to try free it up.
One kick my foot slipped up and my big toe area hit the wheel arch. I was wearing soft trainers not boots or anything, so it bent my toe back quite a bit.
Didn't really hurt much at the time at all. Then a few days later it started aching.
Generally a bit achey after a walk, pain hasn't really subsided. I can put pressure down on top of the toe and push up against it without any pain, lateral pushing is ok too. I can squeeze it fine, and generally feels solid.
Feels worst if I've been stood on a cold floor after doing some foot bending etc.
However, if I try push away with it while it is bent back already (say during a push-up) it hurts a lot.
Does this sound like a break or just a pulled tendon or something?
Cheers
Dave
