Grenade fat burners

I keep seeing them advertised in Mens Health magazine and at the Worlds Strongest Man contest, so I've ordered some.

Bot tried those but I have recently purchased Warrior Blaze. Similar
priduct but quite different ingreadients

Depends on what you're exercise and diet is like, if they're bad you won't see any benefit it's not a wonder pill. And there's equivalent products on the market for a third of the price.

only to be used with lots of exercise, don't expect them to just let you burn fat for you. The idea is to allow you to work harder when you exercise and then gain the benefits. (I think anyway). Much like a coffee or energy drink before a workout.

Well they turned up yesterday.

I took 2 in the morning and didn't feel hungry at lunchtime but had a small tuna salad.

Took 2 this morning and off to do Body Pump now
