Slightly sore ankle...

I came out of my local shop last night, stepped off the pavement straight into a large pot hole and went flying!

Three hours later after a & e, thankfully it is not broken, but badly sprained and very sore.

So now no work, gym or driving for a week, great!

Ouch! Did you roll over on the ankle (with the bottom of your right foot facing your left ankle) ? I did similar that years ago and it was agony Hope it recovers quickly, just take it easy
