Whatever it is will be non lethal.

heart attack and shortened life expectancy.You'll probably be OK for the next few days though.

Does the skin itch ... or does it flake/peel?

Neither really...just red and sore. Eyes themselves sore too (like shampoo in them)

Well just put some emollient cream on and wow it stung.

I actually do feel really quite under the weather too, am wondering if they are related
