was in discussion with a work colleague and he reckons the fact he has 3 baby boys prove that it is possible to get what you want???

his tips were

positions
diet.
general health and excersise i.e. lots of cardio and weights
good sleep, and how excited the female is and last but it should b hot in the room lol

i just laughed it all off.
