Our 5 year old daughter has just be diagnosed with the norovirus.

Does anyone have any tips on how we can try and avoid our 2 year old catching it?

Also does anyone know any good foods that she may be able to keep down?

separate rooms, lots of washing hands!

One of ours had it - the other 3 told to stay well clear. One of them, and the wife, didnt and got it too. Me, and the two that stayed out the way, no problem.

Alcohol hand sanitiser all the time, use it before and after handling anything/anyone.
Anything you touch should be wiped down with a sanitising wipe, the NHS typically use clinell wipes such as these:

You'll be lucky to not transmit it because it's bloody virulent, i was on a ward after i had my perforated duodenal ulcer stitched together and i was the only person on the entire ward to not get it, i basically didn't eat and kept to my bed for 10 days along with other slightly mental precautions.
I did it because had i got it and started throwing up i would have split the 8 inch scar on my stomach and had a 'fun' trip to surgery ASAP and i didn't fancy that.
