Sternum injury - not going away
Discussion
This is one of those that doesn't seem bad enough to call or visit the doc's but it's getting on my nerves now.
On Boxing Day, I went for a coast run in a near gale force wind. Not quite sure how it happened but a heavy farm gate blew open and I managed to run directly at the gate "rod" - basically a much heavier duty version on the red bit here:

It rammed directly into my sternum, hurt rather a lot, winded me but all seemed generally okay so I carried on running.
Three months later, when exercising hard (which I do pretty much daily) or lying on my surfboard, it constantly feels like I;ve been mildly winded - an ache and a slightly odd feeling. It's not awful - just uncomfortable.
Would anyone have any ideas? Sort of feels like I've damaged my diaphragm or something.
