Plantar Fasciitis

Any other Suffers of this? It really is a pain and I just cannot seem to find a way of easing the pain longer term.

My mum's had it for around a year. Absolutely nothing has worked for her thus far unfortunately

Heel cushions can help, I believe.

I've had it on and off for about three years now, brought on by flat poorly fitting shoes so it is my own fault. I just wished I'd have known what they could have caused before hand. Oh well
