I realise as I type this, it might sound ridiculous, but when you run, do you feel cold? I am struggling to work out what to wear when I run. When I start I am freezing cold (run at 5am). And then when I warm up I get too hot. How do you chaps balance your temperature throughout your runs?
I hate being cold when running. I find this time of year is the most difficult to dress for too. I find it takes c1 miles to start warming through (getting ungloved hands warm). At the mo I've just switched into my summer base layer (much thinner, short sleeve and nothing above the shoulders) and that first mile is certainly a lot less fun!
