Some. What is it you are trying to achieve? I "studied" with Premier 6 years ago. If I was to do it again I'd go a different route.

Looking at possibilities for a career change. I was job browsing and saw TTR were taking in new people for their courses, and I organised a telephone interview. I don't know how it all works/ties together so I thought I would throw the question out there.

My biggest complaint about the fitness industry is that there are so many educational training providers. They never fail any body, so long as they get paid. It has meant that the educational level of the majority of the fitness industry has been steadily declining. I went from completely unqualified to able to work alone in 3 months. There were 25 odd people and no one failed. From that point onwards I have been learning how to be good at what I do. I use next to nothing of what I was taught at the beginning.

What do you currently do? Why do you want to change and how will this be helped by becoming a PT? What sort of client / business model is it that you are looking to work with?

Currently work within IT, never planned for it it just happened, and I hate it. I saw an advert for the training room and the thought of being a PT struck me as something I might like. I suppose working within a gym and perhaps building up a client base might be it? I don't really know, I have only just thought about it.
