Wee out?

Seriously. I have just dropped 2.25 litres and didn't really have any pain or a heavy, must get to the loo feelings before hand. It just all came out.

They reckon if you drink more than one litre of fluid you have to go for a pee within one hour.

I overflowed a 1.5 litre bottle on the train once (the toilet was locked and it was the last train so I couldn't get off and get on another one). I was terrified but I managed to find a beer bottle and finished in that.

I remember asking a urologist this, and he told me the max is usually around 600ml.

Is she just testing the volume so she knows how big the clean up will be after the watersports?
